ArtSpaceEast presents PRINTMAKING

RELIEF PRINTMAKING: Ross Ward was, not surprisingly, a prolific printmaker. Many of his woodcuts and etchings are part of the permanent collection at Tinkertown. Participants will create a relief print using an easy-cut 6 X 8 plate to carve an image into. Prints will be pulled on quality printing paper. Workshop includes materials, snacks and a tour of Ross Ward’s private studio.

Cost: $75.00

Instructor Beth Kassay holds degrees in printmaking and painting from Alfred University and in Education from the University of New Mexico. A retired Art Educator with Albuquerque Public Schools, and former member of New Grounds Printshop, she continues her creative journey and remains “artfully busy” in her Cedar Crest studio.
